Preach Evangelistic Ministries constitutes a dynamic evangelistic outreach to Portuguese people that results in evangelism, church planting, and development of strong spiritual leaders. The impact of a church’s involvement with this kind of ministry is that it deepens the church’s appreciation and understanding of what New Testament ministry is and should be.

It is a privilege for me to be able to recommend Preach Evangelistic Ministries. PREACH is patterned after the apostle Paul’s approach to missions whereby Paul would travel from his home to a part of the world as led by the Holy Spirit to evangelize and establish new and sometimes existing ministries. The PREACH method of going to various areas to preach and teach the Word of God and to help those native leaders to learn to follow God’s leadership is a definite New Testament principle. PREACH works to insure that the native pastor and evangelist is scripturally and spiritually equipped to establish the local church and to promote its ongoing after the PREACH team has gone to another area to do the same. I am thankful to be closely associated with this worthwhile and effective ministry.
